Sometimes flower arrangements look a little less full and fresh than the picture online, but that was NOT the case. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Mother's Day. The delivery person called me to let me know I had the had entered the wrong phone # for my mom. She had tried to deliver the flowers, but no one answered the door and called but the # was disconnected (my mistake). I contacted the delivery person, and let them know it was ok to leave the flowers at the door. Excellent customer service! My mom complimented me on the beautiful flowers we sent. Would 100% use this florist again.
